hey, i haven't checked the blog email in a while, so i just got your comment about the plum muffins.
I am so sorry to hear that--I feel terrible. I blame post partum stupidity on that one. There was a typo plain and simple--2 egg yolks not two eggs. Anyway, I am so sorry. Hopefully you and your cute 2 year old went out and found a better recipe.
